Because of you, we made it to 25 years selling soap! Wado! Thank you! A friend suggested since the business was inspired and started in 1999, I should make a soap that smelled like Prince. I researched what Prince could have smelled like. Everything always said Lavender and then there were descriptions that were different. So I decided to make a blend of what I imagine Prince smelled like. It's magical, seductive, spicy and clean... and purple. Lavender, Tonka Bean, Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Pepper... I added a drop of Cedar to keep it Cherokee..So, here we are ~ 2024,..partying like it's 1999 ~ Thank you for getting us this far!
I found Cherokee Soap at a little shop on the Taos square in the early 2000’s and have been a fan since. The beautiful artwork, the creativity of the fragrance combinations and quality ingredients will always keep
me coming back. Love supporting this woman owned business!

Sixth star!
Try to write a review for Michelle is not an easy job. She has so many wonderful soaps and lotions and all are very very good! It is hard to describe how it smoothly pampers my body while using it. It just bonds and hugs my skin and then disappears without leaving a trace of foreign matters.. how refreshing! I am talking about her soaps and lotions that I have tried so far. The combination of nature’s ingredients that she uses in her lotions and soaps are like Tinker Bell playing with Mother Earth. I have been shopping from Michelle’s shop for many years and I am still amazed by her creations. I tried her “1999” lotion this time. Usually I am not a cinnamon kind of girl, but I tried it anyway and I really liked it. It is soft and sweet on the surface with a deep comforting confidence feeling lingering behind for a long time. This may be my imagination and you really have to try it to find out. LOL! I need a sixth star. That would be for the Cherokee Soap Company!
